ATŒM mentoring program:
The Art of Teaching
Atœm’s Mentorship Program is a unique and personal opportunity for professional teachers in their first 3000 hours of teaching who want high-value insight coaching on their group or private teaching skills while establishing your path towards your profession.
During this 4- or 10-week transformation, Brad will share his skills as an instructor, observe you teaching and work with you to identify the areas of your teaching that can be most readily refined for the greatest possible impact. You will understand more deeply the skills and methodologies of advanced teaching and know exactly what steps you indeed to take for the next stage of your career.
Primary concepts covered include teaching methodology, the art of cueing, programming, as well as a regular discussion on higher principles. Other concepts covered include exercise progression, working with injuries & pathologies, apparatus, client/practitioner relationships and selecting the appropriate level and apparatus for clients.
